Senior Care Assistant
We looking for an experienced Senior Care Assistant for one of their residential homes near Glastonbury.
The successful applicant should have or be working towards NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and have some leadership experience.
As well as leading, training and mentoring our staff team with excellent standards of care and knowledge, you will be expected to support the Registered Manager on a daily basis, deal with health professionals and families, support and lead staff training as well as audits for the home.
The successful applicant will cover four care shifts each week, including alternate weekends and have one day for administration. Total hours 35 per week but given the nature of this role and our industry, it may be necessary to work extra hours.
Excellent rate of pay available with a family run business with almost 20 years experience in the industry and the chance for progression to Deputy Manager for the successful applicant.

Activities Coordinator - The Tudors Residential Home
The Tudors is seeking an enthusiastic, creative, caring and reliable individual to provide Activities for our elderly residents.
Our ladies and gents have different skills and interests, likes and dislikes and our ideal person will provide something for everyone over 10 hours each week.
Activities are provided Monday to Friday 10am-12pm but there may be occasions where you are needed to assist with trips, events or outside entertainers (after lockdown).

Bank Care Staff
We are looking to recruit bank care staff across our homes to support our existing team of care assistants and provide cover for holidays and sickness.
We have a variety of shifts available from 7am - 2pm, 2pm - 9pm and night shifts which run from 9pm - 8am.
Applicants may choose to provide bank cover at one or more Westcare services.
Excellent rates of pay and full training will be provided as well as opportunities to join the team on a permanent basis.
